Holly, Your mother must be in the same age bracket as myself, but, who is telling!
When looking for a sweet sour pork ball recipe that I had made years ago, I found the exact recipe that I had used on your website. It was delicious!
I was delighted to see that so many of the recipes that you have posted were those that I was familiar with and my own mom had made.
    Thanks and happy cooking!

      Oh Kathye!
Kathy was my mom’s name, too. xo It does my heart good to know that these recipes are finding a new home, especially one that holds fond memories of them. I cannot wait to hear when you find others on the list that stir up strong memories in your mind and your taste buds!!! It always takes me by surprise when I open up that oven or uncover a dish and the flood of memories come roaring in with steamy scent of the delicious food my mom used to make. Keeps her close to my heart….and my stomach!
Thank you SO MUCH for writing and I’m so happy you discovered my little recipe blog.
